| The retainer fees cover the following services:- |
| a) |
Provision of a Company Secretary as required by the Law. |
| b) |
Maintaining and updating of the Company's statutory registers and records. |
| c) |
Filing of all necessary documents and forms with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), upon receipt of duly executed documents and payment of the filing fees currently charged by ACRA. |
| d) |
Advising client on matters that require notification to the ACRA and effect such notification upon being in possession of the relevant facts by the client. |
| e) |
Making available the statutory registers and records for inspection by the client's auditors or other designated persons upon instruction by the client. |
| f) |
Sending reminder letters on the due date of Annual General Meeting and Annual Return to be lodged with ACRA. |
| g) |
Professional consultation on company’s restructuring, re-organisation and companies act matters. |
